Point at it without saying it
Apartment tour videos have a standard problem. There's a feature worth knowing about, and the only tools most people reach for are a voiceover saying it out loud or a caption slapped in the corner. Both feel like a listing sheet, which is the last thing a building at this level wants to feel like. So on Veritas Village we tracked the graphics into the actual space. 3D callouts that sit in the room, stay locked to the thing they're pointing at while the camera moves, then leave when they're done. The information lands without anybody narrating at you. Drone handled the exterior and where the building sits in Madison, interiors carried the finishes. The tracked elements are what make it feel designed instead of just filmed.
