The finishes are the whole pitch
On a luxury listing nobody is asking how many bedrooms. They already know. What they want is to know what it feels like standing in that kitchen, and whether the finishes hold up in person the way they do in a photo. Harder thing to shoot than it sounds. So we split it. Drone for the exterior and the setting, because the house sits on a golf course and that context sells itself. Then inside, slower and tighter, actually resting on the millwork and the stone instead of gliding past it on the way to the next room. The edit is where restraint mattered. There's always a temptation on a house like this to cut fast and make it feel expensive. Fast doesn't feel expensive. Patient does.

The video gives a buyer the walkthrough before they've committed a Saturday to it, and it holds up on a big screen where cheap listing footage falls apart fast. Aerials and stills came out of the same visit, so the entire listing package was one trip.
