Show a building that isn't there yet
Selling a development before it exists is an imagination problem. Renderings float in a white void. Site photos are a parking lot. Neither one tells anybody what it'll feel like to stand on Wilson Street and look up at this thing. So we put the building into the real world. Took the architect's assets, built a tracked 3D model, and locked it into live drone footage of the actual site downtown. Camera moves, building stays put, and suddenly it's sitting in the skyline next to the buildings that are already there. Holding a track on a moving aerial plate is the real technical work here. When it slips even slightly the illusion dies instantly and you're just looking at a cartoon floating over a video.
