The whole place, from up there
Bishops Bay is hard to explain from the ground. It's a master planned community spread across a few municipalities, neighborhoods that each feel a little different, a lot of protected prairie and water stitched between them. A buyer standing on one lot sees one lot and has to take the rest on faith. So we flew it. Pure aerial, built to show scale and relationship. How the neighborhoods sit against each other, where the green space actually is, what the drive in looks like, how close the water gets. We shot in May deliberately. Everything's green, the water is high, and the evening light runs long enough to get the golden pass over the course without chasing it. Spring is when people start looking, so the footage matches the season the buyer is standing in.

The film answers the geography question before a buyer ever schedules the drive out, which matters a lot for a community most people have only seen one street of. It also holds up as evergreen background footage for listings and social across the whole selling season.
