Most listing videos are a silent walkthrough with music over the top. Fine, forgettable, and it does absolutely nothing for the agent. TC wanted to be in this one, walking the house and talking, which changes the job completely. So we built it around him. Vertical from the start, because a hosted tour lives on social and a reformatted horizontal cut always looks like an afterthought. Drone for the exterior and the west side setting, then handheld inside, following him room to room. Hosting on camera is harder than it looks. The trick is pacing. Keep him moving so it never turns into a guy standing in a kitchen talking at you. Feet going, video stays alive.
