Self-tanner has one real problem and it isn't the product. It's that people apply it wrong, hate the result, and blame the bottle. Every question 3VERYBODY fields is some version of how do I do this without ruining my week. So we made three. One on application technique, one for each product. Built a proper set so the lighting stays consistent and the product reads accurately, which matters more than usual when the entire subject is what a color looks like on skin. They live in three places. The how-to page, the bottle itself, and the follow-up that goes to customers after they order. One shoot doing customer service, marketing, and retention at the same time.

3VERYBODY is a direct-to-consumer self-tanning brand making at-home products formulated for a range of skin tones and types. They sell online and invest heavily in education, because a confident customer is a repeat customer in this category.
Three videos, three jobs
The series gives 3VERYBODY an answer to the application question wherever a customer hits it, on the site, on the bottle, or in their inbox. That's support load going down and confidence going up, and in a business built on reorders that's the whole game.
