Apartment Showcase Film | The Watermark
Shoot once, lease for years
A building doesn't change much, which means the smart move on a property film is treating it like infrastructure instead of a campaign. Shoot it properly one time and it's still working through leasing seasons you haven't gotten to yet. So we covered The Watermark thoroughly. Drone for the exterior and the surroundings, interiors through the units and shared spaces, and 3D tracked animation layered onto the amenities that actually move a decision. Same technique we built for Veritas Village, applied to a building with a different personality. Pacing was the thing to watch. Somebody apartment hunting will sit through a lot more than a random scroller, because they're actively shopping. So we let this one breathe more than a social edit ever would.
Who is
T. Wall Enterprises
T. Wall Enterprises is a Wisconsin property development and management company running luxury multi-family communities in Madison and beyond. The Watermark is one of their Madison buildings.

An asset, not a campaign
The film gives T. Wall a property piece that keeps working across leasing cycles instead of expiring with a promotion, which is the right math for a building that isn't going anywhere. The tracked graphics do the amenity explaining so a leasing agent doesn't have to.
