Contact Page Video | Ridge Top Exteriors
What happens after you hit submit
Filling out a form on a contractor's website is a small act of faith. You have no idea who's about to call, whether it's a real person nearby or a call center working off a script, or how many follow-ups you just signed yourself up for. Plenty of people don't submit for exactly that reason. So Ridge Top put a video on the contact page that just tells you. Someone local calls, you pick a time, they come look at the house, you get options and an actual price, and nobody leans on you. That's the whole thing. No mystery. We shot it on teleprompter to keep it clean, then used drone and jobsite footage so it isn't a talking head in an empty room. The entire job of this piece is lowering the temperature in the ten seconds before somebody decides whether to reach out.
Who is
Ridge Top Exteriors
Ridge Top Exteriors is a family owned exterior remodeling company out of Wisconsin, in business since 2002, handling roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. They've grown past 150 employees and still run local, which is the thing this particular video exists to prove.

Fewer reasons not to call
The video does the reassuring a contact form can't do by itself, which matters most for the homeowner hovering over the button trying to decide. It also sets expectations before the first call, so the conversation starts with everybody already on the same page.
