Teleprompter and a clean grade, with drone footage of real installs so it's obviously their crews and not stock. It isn't a flashy piece. It's the one that gets sent to every customer after they sign, and it does more for the experience than anything flashier would.

Ridge Top Exteriors is a family owned Wisconsin exterior remodeling company, in business since 2002, handling roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. They run a lot of residential installs, which makes setting expectations an operations problem as much as a marketing one.

The video answers the questions homeowners would otherwise phone in about, which takes real pressure off the office during install week. It also makes the whole thing feel handled before it starts, and a customer who knows what's coming is a much easier customer to have.
