The warranty story nobody tells
A warranty is marketing right up until something goes wrong. Then it's either real or it isn't. This family had a GAF Golden Pledge warranty from a different contractor, that contractor didn't come through, and Ridge Top stepped in and fixed it. That's the story, and it beats any brochure about coverage terms. We sat down with the family for about an hour. Which is the real challenge on every testimonial: an hour of somebody talking is not a video, it's raw material. Most testimonial pieces fall apart because nobody does the work of finding the four good minutes buried in it. So we found them. Drone and jobsite footage around the outside for context, teleprompter on the framing, and an edit that gets out of the family's way and lets them carry it.

Ridge Top Exteriors is a family owned Wisconsin exterior remodeling company, in business since 2002, doing roofing, siding, windows, and gutters. They're a GAF certified contractor, which is what lets them honor Golden Pledge coverage on work somebody else originally installed.
Proof instead of promises
Ridge Top came away with a testimonial that shows a warranty actually getting honored, which does more work than any amount of explaining coverage to a skeptical homeowner. It doubles as a real proof point for the GAF relationship.
