Letting a contractor into your home to give you a number is a strangely uncomfortable thing. You're braced for a pitch. You're wondering how long this takes and whether you're going to end up saying no to somebody's face in your own kitchen. So Larry walks through it himself. What they look at, how long it takes, what you get at the end, and the fact that nobody is going to lean on you. Having the founder deliver that instead of a rep is the whole move. It reads as a promise from the top, not a script somebody was handed. Teleprompter kept it structured, drone and jobsite footage kept it from being a talking head in a room, and on-screen design carried the steps so the sequence still reads with the sound off.

Ridge Top Exteriors is a family owned exterior remodeling company out of Wisconsin, founded in 2002 by Larry Gebhart. Roofing, siding, windows, gutters, now with a crew past 150 working residential and commercial.
Lower stakes before the visit
The video takes the discomfort out of an in-home estimate before anybody knocks, which makes booking one an easier decision for a homeowner still shopping around. It also holds the sales team to a standard the founder stated out loud on camera.
