Ridge Top had been around since 2002 and grown past 150 employees, but the story of how that actually happened only existed in Larry's head. Every written version was the same paragraph every exterior contractor runs. Founded in, committed to, family owned. So we took him outside. Shot the interview on location in real work environments instead of a conference room, built the arc ahead of time so he had something to steer by, and then let him talk. His own stories carried the whole thing. Interview, jobsite b-roll, drone for scale, archival photos threaded in to mark the timeline. Shooting outdoors meant fighting wind and light all day, which is the trade you make when you want it to feel like the actual job instead of a room with a plant in the corner.
