Listing Video | Apricot Blossom Ct
A listing that moves before the showing
A listing photo does one job. It stops a scroll. What it can't do is give somebody the feel of a street, or how light lands in a room at four in the afternoon, or the way a house sits against the land behind it. So we flew it first, to establish the neighborhood and the prairie edge the property backs into. Then inside, following the path a person would actually walk rather than jumping room to room the way a photo gallery does. Stills came out of the same session, so the listing had a matched set instead of two separate shoots. Then we cut it for a phone, because that's where it was going to be watched. Short, clean, front-loaded with the shot that makes somebody stop.
Who is
Janie Krohmer, The Community of Bishops Bay
Janie Krohmer is a Realtor with The Community of Bishops Bay, the master planned neighborhood spanning Middleton, Westport, and Waunakee just north of Madison. She handles new construction listings and homesites throughout the community, and she is one of our favorite agents to shoot for.

One visit, full package
The finished set gave Janie a listing video and matched photography out of a single visit, which is the difference between marketing a home and scheduling twice to do it. Because it was cut mobile first, it dropped straight into listing pages and social with no re-edit.
